Kirat Welfare Society (KWS) has set its mission to make aware people about the endangered indigenous Kirati groups of Nepal who are being excluded in the mainstream of national development. KWS primarily facilitates in the process of empowerment of Kirati people prioritizing the poorest and the most excluded women, men, girls and boys among them. Our preference is to facilitate in establishing their full rights working on issues such as right to self identification, right to self determination intervening in social work, education, conflict resolution and peace building. We work at the grassroots level mobilizing the concerned communities to address their immediate need of the marginalized and most excluded people.
