Organization Development Workshop
Acting Chairperson of Kirat Welfare Society attended a workshop called 'Organization Development Assessment' organized by NGO Federation of Indigenous Nationalities Nepal on 28 and 29th of August 2006 in Hotel Paradize, Kathmandu.
The objective of the workshop was to identify the major tasks to be done by the Federation within 21 month i.e. till April 2008 for organization development and capacity building of its 10 partner organizations.
