On the occasion the founder Treasurer of the organization Mr. Kumar Bahing drew attention of all the participants and Bahing community that they should focus on Kirat Territory and act immediately to raise political voice for ensuring their natural rights over their ancesstral land. In the meantime he emphasized that Bahing should start writing their \"Docha\" as well in their surname after \"Bahing\" to protect their language, culture and identity overall.

Mr. Premraj Bahing, Chairperson of Nepali Congress for District Committee in Okhaldhunga was present as Chief Guest of the programme. The founder chairperson and currently an Advisor of the organization Mr. Danturam Bahing also expressed gratitudes and suggestions for strengthening further the organization.

On the occasion, Dil Bahadur Bahing, Bhupraj Bahing, Ms. Mugamaya Bahing, Indra Bahadur Bahing, Journalist working for Solu FM, Mr. Buddhabir Bahing,Buddharaj Bahing, Sajana Bahing were recognized as per their designated positions.

On the occasion Mr. Indra Kulung, the Executive Director of NGO Federation of Nepalese Indigenous Nationalities (NGO-FONIN) and independent consultant Mr. Dammar Lohorung and the Chairperson of Kirat Welfare Society, Mr. Chandra Singh Kulungs were also present to encourage Kirat communities to come up with building their leadership for nation building.

The programme was chaired by the Chairperson of the Mulukhim, Mr. Ramji Bahing and conducted by the Secretary of the organization.
