KWS FUNDRAISING MEETING HELD
A meeting was called upon by
Kirat Welfare Society (KWS) on 19th November 2005, Saturday in Kathmandu in
order to raise fund for society on the occasion of succeeded Deusi-Bhailo
programme-2062 BS. During the meeting Rs.2,207.00 was collected in which the
individual contributions were as follows. Chairperson Mr. Sher Bahadur Limbu
Rs.501.00, Former Chairperson or present Sr. Advisor Mr. Khadga Bikram
Chamling Rs.501.00, Advisor Mr. Khem Lawoti Rs.201.00, General Secretary
Chandra Singh Kulung Rs.201.00, Treasurer Ms. Balachandra Thulung Rs.101.00
and Mr. Subas Rana Magar Rs.501.00.
The meeting also approved the
Planning Schedule for the fiscal year 2062/63 BS including to organize
interaction and workshops to make aware of Kirati peoples, their history,
legends and legacies to Kiraties itself and other communities and civil
societies for an overall sustainable national development. For details please
